The VELA BYD Program has been demonstrated to enhance the development of middle and high school aged youth actively engaged in BYD Curriculum Content; regardless of race, ethnicity or background. In addition to after schooI or summer school settings, it is an excellent resource to supplement home school, private school, and other alternative educational settings.
